Email [email protected] for missing access emails, download problems, duplicate purchases, product questions, or help locating a transaction. We aim to reply within two business days.
Include the product name, the email used at checkout, and the Hotmart transaction number if available. Never email a complete card number, card security code, account password, or government identification document.
